The Clementine is open May through September. Fifty events each season — no more. When you book, the four-acre estate is yours entirely: no shared access, no public footfall, no other events that day.
What you build within it is yours. No house style. No supplier dictates. A curated list of Event Partners who know this space intimately, and the creative freedom to make it entirely your own.
Questions& answers
Can we have a bar on site?
Yes. A feature bar with back bar is included in every booking within the Glass House. Additional bar structures for outdoor areas — such as cocktail bars on the lawns — can be arranged through our Event Partners.
Can our booking be transferred to another person?
Please contact our team to discuss. Transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an administration cost.
Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes. The restrooms include a comfortable chill and sit-down space that can be used as a baby changing area. Please discuss any specific family requirements with your venue coordinator during planning so we can ensure everything is set up for your event.
What happens if we book close to our event date?
We welcome enquiries at any stage. If availability exists for your preferred date, we'll work with you and our Event Partners to ensure planning progresses efficiently. Certain elements — particularly supplier availability and Build Schedule options — may be more limited with shorter lead times.
