Questions& answers
Is there a sound limiter?
There is no sound limiter inside the Glass House. However, safe levels of sound are required to be maintained and levels will be monitored throughout the event. All amplified sound is required to operate through our pre-installed sound system so that levels can be measured throughout the event for optimal guest enjoyment. Any outdoor sound requirements should be discussed with your venue coordinator.
When is The Clementine available for hire?
The Clementine operates seasonally, May through September each year. We host a maximum of fifty events per season. Availability depends on the specific dates and days you're considering — we recommend getting in touch early to discuss your preferred dates.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Our cancellation terms are detailed in your booking agreement. We recommend discussing cancellation policies during your consultation so you have full clarity before committing. Event insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
How soon after the event must everything be cleared?
This depends on your chosen Build Schedule package. The Canvas includes same-evening breakdown. The Signature provides a morning derig window the following day. The Masterpiece provides a full derig day. Your suppliers manage the breakdown within the agreed timeline.
What are the nearest public transport options?
The nearest station is Syon Lane (South Western Railway), approximately an 8-minute walk from the estate. By underground, use Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line), Gunnersbury (District/Overground), or Ealing Broadway (Central/District/Elizabeth Line) followed by local bus services (E8, 237, or 267) to the Brent Lea stop.
From the editorial team

We host fifty events a season. Here’s why that number matters to you.
Most venues measure success in volume. We've made a deliberate choice to do the opposite — and it changes almost everything about what we're able to offer.

What nobody tells you about planning a summer event in London
The British summer celebration is one of the most sought-after events in the world. It is also one of the most easily undermined by decisions that seemed perfectly reasonable at the time.

Your caterer says more about you than your flowers do
Catering tends to be one of the last decisions made and the one with the least deliberate thought behind it. Which is interesting, because it's the one your guests will remember longest.
