The Clementine is open May through September. Fifty events each season — no more. When you book, the four-acre estate is yours entirely: no shared access, no public footfall, no other events that day.
What you build within it is yours. No house style. No supplier dictates. A curated list of Event Partners who know this space intimately, and the creative freedom to make it entirely your own.
Questions& answers
Do you charge corkage fees?
No. There are no corkage fees at The Clementine. Your drinks provision is managed through your chosen caterer or bar service provider.
Can we add extras after booking?
Yes. Additional elements — such as extra setup time, additional lighting, or further Venue Experience enhancements — can be added after your initial booking, subject to availability. Your venue coordinator will manage any changes to your proposal.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
For catering, event design and production, and florals — you choose from our curated Exclusive Event Partner list. These are suppliers vetted to deliver at the highest level in this specific space. For photography, videography, entertainment, bar and beverage service, and guest services, we offer Recommended Partners but you're welcome to bring your own. This framework ensures both creative freedom and reliable execution.
What type of events can The Clementine host?
We host weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and specialist events. That includes product launches, summer parties, conferences, gala dinners, milestone birthdays, cultural and religious celebrations, bar and bat mitzvahs, award ceremonies, summer festivals, engagement parties, and more. If it's a celebration or event that matters, it belongs here.
Is there a sound limiter?
There is no sound limiter inside the Glass House. However, safe levels of sound are required to be maintained and levels will be monitored throughout the event. All amplified sound is required to operate through our pre-installed sound system so that levels can be measured throughout the event for optimal guest enjoyment. Any outdoor sound requirements should be discussed with your venue coordinator.
