Whatever the weather brings
Full air conditioning and heating throughout the Glass House — a guest comfort feature that makes The Clementine genuinely enjoyable across the full range of British summer conditions.

What makes it unique
Cool on the warmest days
Full air conditioning throughout the Glass House keeps guests comfortable during London's summer months — essential in a glass structure that would otherwise retain heat significantly.
Warm on cooler evenings
Heating capability ensures late-evening celebrations and early-season events remain comfortable, even when temperatures drop after dark.
Included with venue hire
Climate control is included with every venue hire — not an upgrade, not an add-on. Guest comfort at The Clementine is a baseline, not an optional extra.
Where summer events become extraordinary
Full air conditioning and heating throughout the Glass House — a guest comfort feature that makes The Clementine genuinely enjoyable across the full range of British summer conditions.
Climate control is one of those features that matters most when you need it and disappears when you don't — which is exactly how it should work. It's a guest comfort feature, built into the Glass House to ensure that the setting remains as enjoyable at 30°C on a July afternoon as it is at 15°C on a May evening.
A glass structure without air conditioning can become genuinely uncomfortable for guests within hours on a warm summer day. With it, the Glass House remains cool, fresh, and pleasant regardless of what the season brings. Heating ensures the same applies in the other direction — late evenings and early-season events stay warm without guests reaching for their coats.
It's included with every venue hire. No upgrade required, no conversation needed. Guest comfort at The Clementine is not optional.

Questions& answers
Is there mobile phone signal on site?
Mobile signal is available on site, though coverage varies by network provider. Suppliers should consider backup options for connectivity-dependent systems.
What happens if a supplier causes damage to the venue?
Suppliers are liable for any damage caused during setup, event, or derig, covered under their Public Liability Insurance. Damage must be reported immediately; costs for repair/replacement will be charged.
Can suppliers stay on site during the event?
Yes. Suppliers remain on site as needed. Green room access depends on host designation. Suppliers not required in guest areas can remain in their vehicle or visit other public facilities on the estate.
What are the health and safety requirements for suppliers?
All suppliers must hold current Public Liability Insurance and Employers' Liability Insurance. RAMS may be required depending on the nature of the work.
Is there supplier parking?
Suppliers park in the guest car park. No vehicles are to be parked within the venue space, with the exception of vehicles required for guest services (e.g., golf carts) agreed in advance.
